
Freeport, The Bahamas – World’s largest travel platform awarded Island Yogurt with 2020 Travelers’ Choice Award based on outstanding customer reviews.
Island Yogurt, a self-serve, soft serve yogurt shop has been recognized as a 2020 Travelers’ Choice Award recipient by Tripadvisor. Small business owners Paul and Kimberley Brown operate the Grand Bahama establishment and received the news with enthusiasm. Kimberley Brown acknowledged that receiving the award is an honour. She remarked, “We are elated to earn the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award and are grateful to customers who shared outstanding reviews about their Island Yogurt experience. Their feedback is invaluable and thoughtfully contributed towards our recognition.” Brown continued, “We are grateful to our dedicated staff who have gone above and beyond for us to be recognized in the top 10% of hospitality businesses around the globe. This is an incredible accomplishment for all of us and we are blessed and deeply honoured.”
The award was based on a full year of Tripadvisor reviews, prior to any changes caused by the pandemic. Award winners are known for consistently receiving great customer feedback, placing them in the top 10% of hospitality businesses around the globe. Paul Brown, co-owner added, “As we emerge from the devastation of Hurricane Dorian and now seek to manage the impact of Covid 19, this award reminds us to maintain our focus on delivering a quality product, offer excellent customer service and tell our story through social media.
